1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may initiate a return request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are strictly non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

2. Exchange Policy
Requests for exchanges (including size or product variations) are subject to stock availability. All exchange requests must be submitted within the aforementioned 7-day return window.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the event that a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must notify RaatWear.store within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, providing adequate photographic evidence. Upon verification, the company will assume responsibility for all associated return shipping costs.

4. Refund Procedure
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and subject to approval, refunds shall be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or through a designated bank transfer, as deemed appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items shall not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any manner

  • Items returned without original tags and packaging

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers shall bear the cost of return shipping for all standard returns. Any original shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
